Story:

This is a portrait of Evin Collis, an interdisciplinary artist and educator (Canada). His work investigates the complexities of landscape, history, identity, alienation and degraded survival which he realizes through a combination of painting, drawing, sculpture and stop-motion animation object. This photo is part of a series of portraits of international artists I took at Vermont Studio Center (USA) with the hope of showing the artist's face as the work.
